I recently did some research and came across two interesting websites which I wanted to share as the documentation is quite interesting and full of useful and helpful resources. The first website URL, Findlaw.com discusses the legal aspects of the 1st Amendment. And I quote:
“Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
This is a notation every American should be proud to know as we have the right to speak our minds and our opinion when something is not correct and we as Americans wish to voice our opinions, we have the solemn right to do so, period. There are certain guidelines that must be followed when voicing which I will get to but the point is, as Americans we have the right to voice under the 1st Amendment and nothing can take that away.
The second point is a speaks about my first point more in depth. As I mentioned, every state has specific rules and guidelines that must be followed when voicing but planning can be done. How can it take place? By following the city council laws and policy guidelines. Each city will have a website and contact information. This information will be your resource to obtain further information on planning and scheduling. Because Americans are unemployed and not getting answers on how to find work, when businesses will begin hiring again and extremely frustrated with issues taking place with the current administration in Washington, D.C. and how they are handling the current budget as well as the labor issues I am providing the link for Washington, D.C.guide.
